I am a work and organizational psychologist and data consultant based in Belgium. My psychology degree is from the University of Mannheim and my doctoral degree from RWTH Aachen University. In 2019, I received the Jeanneret Award for Excellence in the Study of Individual or Group Assessment from the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I am also a visiting professor at the Business School of the University of Exeter.
