The literature in work and organizational psychology and educational psychology has long used the term "dynamic" but the term is frequently not clearly defined. Our recent article provides researchers with a taxonomy of dynamic individual differences that captures in what way individual differences can be dynamic. The paper also provides R code so that researchers can actually test different types of dynamic explanations.
